When we finally found an apartment we wanted to buy, he was able to put together all the necessary paperwork on very short notice: the seller was going to review the offers the day after we spontaneously decided to attempt putting forward an offer! But because of Gary's professionalism and because he works closely with great lawyers and mortgage brokers, in the span of a few hours he was able to go through all the various processes needed to present the sellers with a clean offer that demonstrated that our intentions were serious. Long story short, the seller chose our offer over all others! Despite the fact that we were making offers with so many other people (a process notorious for often dramatically raising the final price), the amount we would need to pay is actually lower than anything of comparable quality, size, and transit access. In fact, I don't think we've even seen an apartment that pristine and spacious through all our viewings (and there were lots!).

If you’re buying or selling I highly recommend having Andre in your corner. On both ends of my condo buying and selling experience, Andre was an active partner, so much more than a buyer or seller.
